Springtide Consulting provides procurement support to its clients, typically to complement existing functions or indeed to help create them from scratch. Alternatively, they go in the other direction and support them from an outsourced model adapted to the requirements of their business. From this, the firm’s objective is to help clients to manage their external spend in the most economic manner; to develop and harness the strength and intelligence across their supply chains; and to enhance procurement effectiveness to embed it as a business processes. It does not specialise in any particular industry sector which means it brings experience from multiple sectors, categories and types of project in the UK and overseas. For many categories, the firm has experts who intimately understand the supply chain, have deep insight and know the right approach to adopt to the sourcing process to yield results in both the immediate and longer term.
