Its CEO Nev Wilshire often says that he could knock on any door in the UK and save them money whether it is with insulation to cut bills, solar panels to generate free electricity, a better value fuel tariff or through a review of a pension or a mortgage. Save Britain Money is the parent group for five money saving brands namely SBM Energy Services, SBM Financial Solutions, SBM Switch, SBM Surveys and SBM Install. Through these brands, the company provides a range of money saving services to the British public including energy efficiency surveys and installation, renewable energy advice, pension reviews, mortgage advice, insurance and assistance products and online and telephone fuel switching. The majority of customer contacts come via the telephone, both inbound and outbound, but an increasing number of enquiries are coming via the web, email and SMS. The group has a head office in Swansea with a large telesales capacity and back office support function, which is committed to helping people across the UK save money on their household expenditure. Every week, it contacts up to 7,000 consumers, visits 5,000 homes and helps over 2,000 customers save money on a huge range of products and services. 2013-14 was a successful year for Save Britain Money with record turnover exceeding £50 million and national recognition from a series of business awards including a coveted top five finish in The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For.
